​The native of Colts Neck, NJ and a Marlboro High School graduate: Navarrete played his collegiate baseball at Seton Hall University, where he helped lead the Pirates to an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2000. Following his collegiate playing days, Navarrete played 14 years of professional baseball in the Pittsburgh Pirates, Houston Astros, New York Mets and Long Island Ducks organizations. Since retiring in 2013, Navarrete has been active as a youth and travel baseball coach, offering individual lessons, group and team training. A number of his players have gone on to earn high school all-state honors, collegiate scholarships and have been selected in the
Major League Baseball amateur draft.
RAY NAVARRETE
The native of South Plainfield, NJ, Ruiz graduated from his hometown's high school, where he holds numerous records and was an All-Division, All-Conference, All-Area player. Ruiz played his college ball at Franklin Pierce University before transferring to Rowan University, where he led the NJAC in several categories. as well as being a part of back to back conference championships. Following his college career, Ruiz signed with the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, pitching for both the Camden Riversharks and Bridgeport Bluefish. Ruiz has been active as a youth baseball coach and instructor throughout New Jersey - offering private baseball lessons and group training. A number of his players have gone on to earn high school honors, college scholarships, as well as being selected in the Major League Baseball amateur draft
